Use of Robotic Hosting's Service constitutes acceptance and agreement to Robotic Hosting's AUP (Acceptable Use Policy) as well as Robotic Hosting's TOS (Terms of Service). From herewith in this TOS, AUP, and SLA, the usage of "us", "we", "our", "ours" shall constitute reference to Robotic Hosting, the usage of "you", "your", "they", "them" shall refer to client / customer of Robotic Hosting.

Acceptance of Contractual Agreement

1. Client agrees that by placing an order either by means of electronic ordering (web order form) or submitting a written contract, and receipt of such order by Robotic Hosting, that you are agreeing to our TOS, AUP, and SLA. No Modifications of said contract by customer is allowed.

2. Robotic Hosting will provide, and Customer will purchase and pay for, the Services, and service fees specified in the Order for the applicable Service Description. Customer acknowledges that the service, and service fees have been communicated to the customer, and that they are aware of all applicable charges as per contract, AUP, SLA, and TOS. Customer also understands that any promotional offers unless specified in contractual terms will not be applicable to their individual service.

What may NOT be hosted on our network:

Customer agrees to use the Services for lawful purposes only.
Robotic Hosting prohibits the following content on our servers and network.
You MUST not publish or transmit via Robotic Hosting’s service any content that Robotic Hosting reasonably believes: Constitutes child pornography.
Constitutes pornography.
Is excessively violent, incites violence, threatens violence, or contains harassing content or hate speech.
Is unfair or deceptive under the consumer protection laws of any jurisdiction, including chain letters and pyramid schemes.
Is defamatory or violates a person’s privacy.
Creates a risk to a person’s safety or health, creates a risk to public safety or health, compromises national security, or interferes with an investigation by law enforcement.
Improperly exposes trade secrets or other confidential or proprietary information of another person.
Is intended to assist others in defeating technical copyright protections.
Clearly infringes on another person’s trade or service mark, patent, or other property right.
Promotes illegal drugs, violates export control laws, relates to illegal gambling, or illegal arms trafficking.
Is otherwise illegal or solicits conduct that is illegal under laws applicable to you or to Robotic Hosting.
Disputed Services; this is incase a domain has ownership disputes; Robotic Hosting will suspend the services pending the dispute resolution.
General Dispute; Robotic Hosting hold high standards of integrity;any cases of conning, phishing,copyright infringement will be taken very seriously.
Robotic Hosting holds the rights to suspends or terminate such services without notice.
An email notification will be sent(before or after) to you in such cases;the parties involved have The burden of proof.
Once Robotic Hosting has verified the above proofs, the service will be reinstated or terminated.
Robotic Hosting WILL terminate service for any of the above reasons and it’s at Robotic Hosting WILL not issue a refund.
Hacker focused sites.
Proxy Scripts.
Anything related to torrents.
Starting background processes on shared servers.
Warez, hacking tools, exploits.
Any account found to be in violation of another’s copyright will be expeditiously removed, or access to the material disabled.
Any account found to be in repeated violation of copyright laws will be suspended and/or terminated from our hosting.
Customer agrees NOT to use our shared, reseller, VPS or dedicated servers hosting space for storage of backups.
We advise customers to store their back up externally.
  

Payments and Fees

Payment is due every 1 or 12 months by credit card or BTC, an invoice will be raised and can be paid from the Client Area, please note that service may be suspended on accounts that reach due date. Late Fees may be applied on the product depending on the delayed period of the invoice, some product may get higher renewal charges (which might not included in original invoice, as such charges depend on the delayed period of post renewall date. ) such as domain and shared hosting server. Delayed payment of invoice does not guarantee of renewal of services.

Storage, Backup and Security

At all times, You shall bear full risk of loss and damage to Your server and all of Your server content. We offer a backup of files and database on our Bulletproof hosting package. Kindly note, our backup system doesn’t include add-ons or sub domains on the hosting package rather only the primary domain.
You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your password and account information. You acknowledge and agree that You are solely responsible for all acts, omissions and use under and charges incurred with Your account or password or in connection with the server or any of Your server content displayed, linked, transmitted through or stored on the server. You shall be solely responsible for undertaking measures to: (i) prevent any loss or damage to Your server content; (ii) maintain independent archival and backup copies of Your server content; (iii) ensure the security, confidentiality and integrity of Your server content transmitted through or stored on Robotic servers; and (iv) ensure the confidentiality of Your password. Robotic Hosting services are not intended to be used for data backup or archiving purposes. Using an account as an online storage space for archiving electronic files is prohibited and will result in termination of hosting services without prior notice. We reserve the right to delete Your archives if they affect Our overall server performance and Robotic Hosting shall have no liability to You or any other person for loss, damage or destruction of any of Your content. Robotic shall have no liability to You or any other person for Your use of Robotic Hosting products and/or services in violation of these terms.

Database/File Recovery

You are entitled to make a request for a backup file and database if your BulletProof Hosting Package Expires or suspended within 7days. Please note that only the primary domain is eligible for this backup; addon Domians are excluded.

Hosting Suspension

Services are offered for specified periods of time depending on the subscription and should be renewed before the period elapses.
When your service is about to expire we will send you an invoice, via email, for renewal 60 days to expiry date. We will then send email reminders 30 days and 10 days to expiry. We will also send an email expiry notification on the day of domain/service expiry.
If not renewed by expiry date, your service will then be suspended. Access to the service can then be provided only if renewal is done in full.
If you do not plan on renewing your service, we recommend you take a backup of the data in your hosting plan and save it offline before the service expires and is suspended.
Services not renewed will be terminated permanently after expiry and/or after the grace period elapses based on this criteria:
=>Shared Hosting: Services will be terminated 30days after expiry.
=>All other services will be terminated within 24hrs of expiry.
On some circumstances, termination of service is immediate on non-renewal. This include services which have been set to cancel before next renewal period.

NOTE: We will not be held responsible for loss of any data hosted in a service not renewed.

Background Running Programs

Robotic Hosting does not allow background Daemons such as IRC bots; eggdrop; BitchX; XiRCON; and any other program that interferes with normal server operation. IRC Robotic Hosting does not allow IRC or IRC bots to be operated on our servers.

Delinquent Accounts

Robotic Hosting may temporarily deny service or terminate this Agreement upon failure of Customer to pay charges when due. Such termination or denial will not relieve Customer of responsibility for the payment of all accrued service fees, or any collection fees.

Account Cancellation

All requests for canceling any service / services must be made in writing with at least 7 days notice but not more than 30 days prior written via our support tickect include your domain name, last name on credit card in your email.

Refunds and Disputes

All payments to Robotic Hosting are non refundable.
